1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the scaterna platform — including the website, mobile app, sportsbook, live casino, eBingo, or any other service offered — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. Your continued use of scaterna after any changes to these terms are published will be treated as acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use scaterna, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and play.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or business entity.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended scaterna account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee of scaterna or any of its affiliated entities.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one account on scaterna. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. False information provided at registration — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. scaterna recommends enabling OTP-based login where available. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately.

• KYC Verification: Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. This typically involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. scaterna may request additional documents at any time.
• Name Matching: Your account name must match the name on your payment method. Withdrawals to accounts under a different name will not be processed.
• Account Updates: Keep your contact information current. scaterna uses your registered email and phone number to communicate account notices and security alerts.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on scaterna are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits can be made through approved Philippine payment channels, including InstaPay, PESONet, local online banking, GCash, and Maya. scaterna does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency.

Funds deposited into your scaterna wallet are intended for gaming and betting purposes on the platform. Deposits must come from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the account holder — are not permitted and will be returned or held pending investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your PHP wallet once the transfer is confirmed by the payment provider.
• scaterna is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• scaterna reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, particularly if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to a verified payment method in your name. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Requests submitted before verification is complete will be held until the required documents are received and approved.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes shown on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Withdrawals are sent only to accounts or wallets registered in your name. Name mismatches will cause the request to be declined.
• scaterna may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or pattern.
• Funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to review before a withdrawal is approved. This applies to deposited funds that have not been used for any betting or gaming activity.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on scaterna, you acknowledge that the outcome involves an element of chance and that no result is guaranteed. All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying all selections before confirmation — scaterna does not accept requests to void confirmed bets due to player error.

• Sports Betting: Markets, odds, and availability are subject to change up until a game starts. Live betting odds update in real time and are taken at the price confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted.
• Void Bets: If a match is cancelled, postponed, or fails to meet settlement criteria, scaterna will void the affected selection and return the stake. Parlays are recalculated accordingly.
• Casino and eBingo: Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes. All game results are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of perceived unfairness.
• Technical Issues: In the event of a platform outage or connectivity failure during an active game, scaterna will settle bets based on the data available at the time of interruption, following published resolution procedures.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one account, or creating a new account after a previous one has been suspended.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Exploiting software errors or platform bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings from exploited bugs will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any activity that violates Philippine law.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person for betting or withdrawal purposes.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, scaterna may offer bonuses, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. The specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods — will be stated at the time each offer is made. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before participating.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as promotional balance and are subject to the conditions stated in the specific offer.
• scaterna reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers more than once — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all related balances.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

scaterna may suspend or close an account at its discretion if any of the following apply:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account holder is under the age of 21.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance after deduction of outstanding obligations will be returned to your registered payment method.

10 Responsible Gaming

• scaterna is not responsible for losses caused by a player's failure to follow account security recommendations.
• scaterna is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or telecommunications networks.

12 Amendments to These Terms

scaterna reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, scaterna may also notify registered players by email or in-app notification.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the scaterna platform after updated terms are published will be treated as your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
